Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Orders are dispatched using the delivery service selected or otherwise available at checkout.
Once dispatched, tracking information may be provided where the service supports tracking.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days
- International delivery: 5–10 days
Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed, please contact info@effianel.co.uk. We will work with the delivery provider to investigate.
Damaged Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us.
Incorrect Product
If you receive an incorrect product, contact us before returning it. We will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate resolution.
