Submitting Content
When submitting a review, photograph, video or other content, you confirm that:
- The content is your own.
- It is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
- You have the right to submit it.
- It does not infringe another person's rights.
- It does not contain unlawful or abusive material.
- It does not contain malicious software.
- It does not contain another person's private information without permission.
Prohibited Content
- Knowingly false or misleading content.
- Defamatory, discriminatory, threatening or abusive content.
- Unlawful or fraudulent content.
- Sexually explicit content.
- Content infringing intellectual-property rights.
Moderation
We may refuse, edit or remove content where reasonably necessary, including where it breaches these Terms, is unlawful, misleading, contains prohibited material, infringes another person's rights or appears fraudulent or manipulated.
We do not guarantee that every submitted review will be published.
Licence for Submitted Content
By submitting a review, you grant ÉFFIANEL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display the review on ÉFFIANEL websites and associated marketing channels for the purpose of operating and promoting ÉFFIANEL.
We will not claim ownership of your underlying copyright merely because you submit a review.
If you submit a photograph or video, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
