Change of Mind
If you purchase online as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day cancellation right after receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
If you simply change your mind, you pay the return postage unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Cosmetic / Hygiene Products
For sealed cosmetic, skincare, haircare, fragrance and personal-care products, the cancellation right may not apply after the protective seal has been broken where the goods are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect
If your product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact info@effianel.co.uk.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. Where ÉFFIANEL is responsible for the issue, we will cover reasonable return costs where required.
No Repair Option
ÉFFIANEL does not provide a repair option for its beauty products. For an applicable product problem, the resolution may instead involve a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
