12. Sealed Cosmetic Products

This does not remove statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
13. Returns
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, ÉFFIANEL will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law and will cover reasonable return costs where required.
14. Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the original payment method.
For statutory cancellation, the refund will include the applicable standard delivery charge where required by law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, we are generally not required to refund the additional amount above the least expensive standard delivery option.
We may delay a refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law.
15. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact info@effianel.co.uk.
Please provide your order number, product name, description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
We will assess the matter and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Possible remedies may include a refund or replacement.
ÉFFIANEL does not offer a repair service for its cosmetic, skincare, haircare or fragrance products.
Nothing in this policy removes any statutory remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
